  -   My name is Alex Landry, and as a Licensed Massage Therapist of 12+ years, I bring a strong base of anatomical knowledge and experience to every session.  Dealing with an assorted array of knee, low back and neck injuries of my own, I understand the necessity to individualize every clients experience and need for relief from pain or injuries.  Each of our needs are different from one another and effect our experience/perception in their own way.

My education skill sets and background experience include:

- Upper/Lower cross syndrome

- Craniosacral Therapy

- Micro-Trauma Maintenance Therapy

- Reiki Lv I & II

- Myofascial Therapy

- Erik Dalton (mulitple levels of training)

- Spinal Fusions, Joint Replacements, Stenosis and Scoliosis 

My work is treatment based, I DO NOT offer deep tissue sessions for those looking to get beat up.  I DO incorporate deep tissue techniques into my work based on what I FEEL IS APPROPRIATE and where it can be most effectively applied.

I am currently working on my Personal Training Certification to allow for opportunities of strength training and education in the future for my clients.
